Zoning is R-3 multi-family.  there are no variances, ordinances, resolutions, CUP or special exceptions that I can find.  (total time: 20 minutes)

This company filed a request in January of this year for the same information.  Document is attached to this request.

I have attached 435 pages of certificates of occupancy.  There were no open building code violations.  Elliot to check on zoning issues.
