The CRB is submitting a sunshine law request to enable us to fulfill one of our primary duties as specified in both the Consent Decree (Sec. XX, paragraph 405.h) and the City Code of Ordinances (Sec. 2-446.j): "...review...complaint statistics to identify patterns and trends."

Date of incident, date complaint filed, date investigation completed
Description of incident
Demographics of person filing (race and gender, if known)
Disposition: unfounded, not sustained, sustained, exonerated, or withdrawn
